Operator and contact
This service is operated by Büşra Sağlam. For privacy or deletion requests, email busrasaglam1220@outlook.com. Include your private tracking link to identify the letter; share it only with this address.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, database and files. Resend handles email sending. These providers process the data needed to provide the service.
What is stored?
The sender’s name, recipient’s name and email, letter and attachments are stored encrypted. The delivery date and processing status are retained so the service can process the letter at the scheduled time.
Who can access your letter?
At the scheduled time, the sending service decrypts the content and passes it to the email provider. This is not end-to-end encryption. The recipient’s address, letter and attachments are shared with the provider during delivery.
Tracking and cancellation
The private tracking link does not display your letter’s content. Anyone with the link can see its status and cancel it before sending begins. Cancellation does not delete the data.
Retention
Scheduled letters are kept until their delivery date. Sent, cancelled or failed letters and attachments are automatically deleted from our system 30 days after processing. The tracking link then stops working. Copies in the recipient’s inbox are not deleted by this process.
Preventing misuse
Requests are rate limited and Cloudflare Turnstile is used for security checks. Email addresses and letter contents are not written to application error logs. Only send to recipients you have permission to contact.
Language preference
Your selected interface language is saved in this browser. Your draft stays in place when you change languages; closing or refreshing the page discards it.
